Commit to being healthy and save with our bundled packages:
$320 ($80 per session)
- Valid for follow-up sessions only
- Must be used within 6 months of purchase
$560 ($70 per session)
- Valid for follow-up sessions only
- Must be used within 12 months of purchase
Cash, Credit, Check Payment
Cash payment is preferred, though credit/debit cards, and checks are accepted.
HSA/FSA Accepted
I gladly accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments for all services and packages.
Insurance
While I do not directly bill insurance, I can provide you with a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your out-of-network acupuncture benefits.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
This policy allows us to offer the time slot to others who need care.
